Join us for a little pop-up workshop on New Year’s Eve from 12-1:45. We will spend time with lovely folks celebrating our wins from 2025, moving our bodies to create space for all that is to come in 2026, and we will end with a sound healing journey to ring in the new year.

What to bring: Anything that makes you feel comfy and cozy, an eye cover if you want, and a journal and pen. We have all the props you need including mats, pillows, and blankies.
